बिछड़ गई जिंदगी से जिंदगी और सांसों से सांस
कुछ यूं जो चला ये जो तारीखों का सिलसिला।।
आज फिर बैठा हूं कोर्ट के बाहर एक नई तारीख के इंतजार में
कमबख्त ये सिलसिला यूंही खतम नही होगा ।।
लील लिया इसने न जाने कितने ही खवाबो का परवान
खा गया ये न जाने कितने नए दिनों की दास्तान ।।
कुछ ख्वाब ऐसे भी रहे जो सीढ़ी न चढ़ पाए
और कुछ ऐसे भी जो कभी जहन में भी न आ पाएं।।
कुछ यूं जो चला जो ये तारीखों का सिलसिला ।।

वो गीत मैंने कभी गाये ही नहीं
जो चीख चीख कर भरी अदालत में सुनाये जा रहे थे
हर गीत पर भर-भरकर
ठहाके लगाये जा रहे थे
हर इक मुकदमे में वो बस हमें
उलझाए जा रहे थे
हर शब्द में संगीन इल्जामात लगाये जा रहे थे
हर धुन में वो धड़कन मेरी बढ़ाए जा रहे थे
मैं तो चुप था मगर
जज साहब बेशुमार सजा सुनाये जा रहे थे
सनम के लिखे गीत थे
"झूठ है" कहते हुए मेरे होंठ थरथराये जा रहे थे।।

where is we are going in todays time . lakhs of men's committing suicide due to false cases. lakhs of family getting dividend by these biased law . those law which were meant for the women's safety , that's are being misused .
It is time and again seen that provisions which are made for the
protection of women to prevent them from destitution and vagrancies in the hand
of her husband or in-laws, are very much misused these days. Even Hon'ble Apex
court has taken such a view in recent judgments. It is not the case that women are
not subjected to cruelty or domestic violence but when more and more numbers of
frivolous complaints or petitions are received in the courts then a view develops
that the preventive measures passed by Legislation Acts are now a days being used
as weapons to pressurize and terrorize the in-laws. This is not the real motive
behind passing these Acts. If such kind of petitions are allowed in a routine
manner then the real purpose of law will be defeated.
